Ive just bought a secondhand Tiga SL85 headlamp and im just waiting to receive it through the post.
What are the mods that people do to the SL85 ? I dont want to do much to the lamp apart from making it run on led's because i want to have a little more running time but still retain the power of the light.
I will be using it for work and i normally do 12 hour shifts at a time, I know that its not going to be constanty dark in the UK while im working out side, But i work on the railway and its been know for me to spend full shifts in tunnels/underground so i need something that will last the shift.
I just hope ive made the right choice of headlamp but its to late now
