TLE-300MR vs Fenix TK40

Does anyone have both to compare? I have the Magcharger with the TLE-300MR upgrade and am contemplating the tk40 as an addition. What do ya'll think?

The two are apples and oranges, which is usually the case when comparing anything to the TLE-300, because of its hybrid hotspot-only beam. Comparing the two side-by-side, the TK will appear to have a much brighter but narrower hotspot, and it will have plenty of spill, which the TLE doesn't have at all.

Better question would be which has more useable light out the front? Which will turn out to be more durable over time?
