TOP Stryker Compact Convertible?

I was at Fry's today in Houston and saw a bunch of these on the rack. Can't find any info and they were listed at $34.95 if I remember correctly. Seems like a really nice light but for a few bucks more I could get an L2D-CE with a lot more output than a LUX I. I wonder if it could be easy to mod with an SSC-P4? Anyone actually have one?

Neat idea... that I've thought about in the past and was pleasantly surprised to see yesterday, while at Frys.
