How long does it run off the one 16340?
I ask because it says a min of 3.6v.
Approx. how many lumens, and does it diminish the whole time?

It should last about 45 minutes on the 16340. The lumens output is listed on the lumens factory website. I think it's slightly higher than 250. The current draw is 1 amp.

I haven't run it all the way down, so I don't know how long it takes to diminish the brightness.

The amount of lumens is what a Cree XR-E R2 puts out when driven at 1000 mA. That is it's max. The drop in is regulated at 1000 mA.

Cree's data sheets don't list what the lumens are at that current draw. It's pretty bright for a light not much bigger than a hotwheel.
