Traffic Cone for Quark?

Can someone definitively tell me whether or not the Fenix traffic cone will fit a Quark?

Conflicting information here....

Yes, it will fit—IF you file out the inside of the cone a bit. There's little ridges in there. Get rid of them, and it will fit the Quark.
