Travel case for lights, batteries & chargers?

I wan to put my point & shoot "shirt pocket" camera, flashlights (TK12) and chargers in a grab/travel bag. Any recommendations? This is what I have:

• Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH20
• Fenix TK12
• Lenmar BCUNI Universal Charger
• Pila Li-Ion Charger (does AA too)
• 12 adapter for both chargers
• 4 18650 batteries
• 4 CRC123a batteries
• Lifegear 1xAA flashlight

Any recommendations on a case? Right now I'm thinking a random camera case a Fry's is the best bet.

Maybe a small laptop bag will work to.

Like jhc said a small notebook or netbook bag might fit the bill for ya, and give you a little extra room for something else if you want. Maybe a backup backup light and other handy things. I thought this looked kinda neat.
