Just like the title says, I have been looking at my lights and started to ponder adding trits into lanyard holes. Is it possible? Without support is adhesive enough to hold it in place? Is norland the right stuff? I just got a srt7 and a eagle tec d25c and wonder if it's possible. On a related question, how do you take apart the switch d25c?
Thanks for any info or if you want to tell me I'm wasting my time.

D25 clicky switches are easy, just unscrew the top retaining ring from the body (the part where the clip attaches) and pull the switch out.

I have done it with norland. I used scotch tape as a backer to hold the norland and trits. If you flip a tiny piece of tape around (so no sticky part touches the norland) it leaves a smooth texture to the norland. Making it look better.
I just learned that you can also use industrial ultra clear silicone. That is what I am going to try next time to do exactly what you described.
