TRTH Repair

I have a 2.5 TRTH. Somewhere in its career it got hit on the edge and slightly dented. I'm wondering if anyone knows who could remove the dent. I would think a camera lens repairman would be the place to start. Any suggestions?

The SRTH to my knowledge doesn't have a threaded front. Your TH sounds like the T-62 Threaded Rim TurboHead (TRTH).
