Trying to duplicate the K75

Hi everyone. I'm new to all this and want to build a light with the same capabilities as the Acebeam K75 2.0 Ultra long throw LED light.

My question is, what components do I need and where can I get them? Is it possible to purchase parts of the K75 like the head casing and I can use my own components inside of it?
