I'm not sure but I've seen similar key-chain light and the size is little bit bigger than photon or other key-chain light and there was no constant on switch.

I've seen the same light sold in stores here. Sold under the Coast (Coast Cutlery) name and as HgRyu said bigger than a Photon key chain light and the switch is only momentary ON. Similar output to a Photon light. They have two sizes, the small one (UFO light) is 1.25" in diameter and the larger one (called the Space light) is 1.75" in diameter. Look here.

This looks like the "Presentation UFO" flashlight from Coast Cutlery/Zwiebruder Optoelectronics/LED-Lenser.

about Zwiebruder ,this factory also in yangjiang guangdong china .I visit this factory before.Zweibruder quality really is good.but the price is too high.because all of the worker working is very slowly.lol
