hi all! Could the owners of these help me with a something?

I wish to modify one of these with a 1400mA driver and a forward clickie switch....

Before buying one I need to know if the Driver PCB is 17mm or soemthing else....Also if the switch is mounted on a PCB too. (usually one does not have to dissasemble the tailcap, if the switch is mounted the gfreen pcb is visible around the spring base)....

Thank you!!!!

I have the Uniquefire S10. It has a 15mm driver board (if you find something, let me know because I burned it out).

The tail switch is on a circuit board. Here is the switch taken apart:

I have it converted to direct drive and have some KD forward clickies on the way to try to install.

That 15mm board looks pretty good, especially if it really has 3x7135 chips on it.

I liked the S10 in general but it wasn't that bright on a AA NiMH (120 lumens?) and it burned out on a 14500. It was a 6-mode from KD. As a 1-mode DD it is probably 200-220 lumens on a fully charged li-ion battery. Here's my full review:

The size of the driver that comes with the A10 measures 15.5mm to me.

hmm thanks....any way to see to see if the tailcap has the switch mounted in a PCb?

Thanks a bunch! kostas

Yes a switch is mounted on to a PCB, and is spring is on the other side of the PCB.
