New Vapcell 4000mAh 18650s just arrived. Not only are they down in price due to Vapcell pronotion, but as well as coming with the usual zipped protective case, they also now come with individual silicone protective covers for safe transporting of single batteries.

I wish somebody would manufacture silicone slips for 21700 cells. They're extremely handy when you only want to stuff one extra cell in a bag or carry case.

Does coming wrapped in a condom mean these cells offer protection? Or are these unprotected cells.

Vapcell are top tier cells (unprotected ) I've always received mine from Ilumn Supply.

Owner Craig buys in large bulk, and sends cells out in secure poly cases when purchasing in pairs.

Cool soft case. I guess that's added protection shipping all the way from China?
