I keep getting ads for a VitalTac flashlight rated at 9000 lumens. Anybody know anything about this brand?

Probably junk and over-inflated claims like most internet ads. Just curious of other's opinions.

Some Battery sellers give those away for free when they ship your batteries to you. They are pretty terrible.

Sold under a thousand different brand names. They are all junk.

Sofirn gives this light away as a battery carrier when you buy batteries. You can find this for a couple of $$ at flea markets. Not bad to have around to use when loss or damage to the light is high or as loaners to unprepared friend(s)/family/neighbors

Yup! Got four of those pieces of garbage when I ordered four Sofirn 18650 cells. The company uses that flashlight as a battery-protector during the shipping process. Don't waste your money buying the light itself.
