Great post!
When I started, you couldn't find the real good lights in stores... I think that flashaholism is the first virus transmitted from the internet to humans.

One suggestion: decide of a maximum price for a light and never go over it even once. If you ever spend a dollar more than your max, you're going to look at the next price range, and so on... just spent 1000$ on lights this year alone... come to think about it, I paid about the same for my car than I did for all my lights... I should get a more expensive car just so I can't say that in front of family by accident...

I would be ashamed to make such a quality first post. Are you trying to make the rest of us look simple.

LOL and welcome aboard. You've already got your feet wet.

Just out of curiousity, How many of you are playing with your flashlights in between posts right now? I can hardly think of any times that I don't, to be honest. Am I sick? Is there help available? Flashaholics Anonymous?:grouphug: What about Prozac, Zoloft, Dr Phil, or the Asylum?

My 1st wife didn't understand, my flashlights came during the divorce (not to worry,I've still got all my lights). Before I married my new wife I told her about my habit,I mean hobby. Now she refers to it as my flashlight fetish!

My wife thinks it's a bit odd, but has no problem with it.
Whenever it's time for gift giving, the first thing she asks me is if there are any lights I want.

Saturday night we sat out in the backyard drinking and playing with flashlights :twothumbs

I think you should have a talk with my wife, because apparently whatever you said to yours worked.

ResFiatLuxAddict, :welcome: You are doomed. I don't even know if you fully know what you've really stumbled into!!!

Just from your original post, it's obvious that you are already picking up some Flashaholic Language.

The Custom BST Forum and Marketplace are the worst! ( BEST!!! ) Once you hang out there, there's no turning back EVER. And if you ever catch Titanium Fever (like I did), just LOOK OUT! That is the most severe Flashaholism there is.:D

Keep in mind, Ramen Noodles and other cup-o-noodles type stuff can be found in your closest supermarket or food store. Just a heads up for you.:)

Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here...:poof:

:welcome:

This place started my addiction as well.

Only bad thing was that the old line that "the first one is free" didn't seem to apply to flashlights.
