What else do I need to buy from DX?

I've recently discovered DX! And I love it! For what I do with my lights... these satisfy my addiction quite nicely. I'll play with a light for a few nights and then onto a shelf it will go.

So, here's what I've got already or have on order:

Ultrafire C2 HA-III w/ Cree
http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.6177
Ultrafire C2 Black w/ Cree
http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1446
Ultrafire Rebel FMR1 (aka R2 w/ side clicky)
http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.3786

So, what else am I missing? I prefer lights that run well on primaries.

I think I need a AA light - what's the brightest AA light out there? I'd also like to add a Seoul to the collection. Recommendations?

Nothing that takes more than 2xCR123s or 2xAAs please.

I think you're missing out on many of the great lights because they often use 18650 Li-ion cells. Get the Ultrafire WF-139 charger or the other single 18650 cell charger and two Trustfire 2500 mAH cells the try the U2-Style CREE (18650) and the WF-400 2-mode Q2 (18650). One other Eastward YJ 3.6-9V model is out of stock at the moment, but it's great too. Each is in the low $20's and will delight.

I highly recommend the VB-16. It's $35 by itself, or for just $2.50 more, you get a DSD charger and two RCR123 batteries. I don't recommend those batteries, since they're not protected. But a DSD for $2.50 isn't bad! http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.2686

Of course I also have to recommend the light in my signature line below... it'll beat up on all of those lights! :D

I love the 1AA MTE SSC P4 5 mode that I got from them. The nice tint, smooooth beam and brightness ROCK! Item number 4896.

Get about 10-20 of the pig dual LED key chain lights. If you know any females, they will go quick as gifts. :)

I picked up this exact deal (VB-16 plus the DSD) but DX was out of stock, so they sent neither. I did receive the rest of my order though. FYI.

Vb-16 is now back in stock according to discussions on the product page... I'm waiting for mine, hopefully I will get it next week, hunting season is starting soon.

For AA lights, I have two UF C3s, one with the 2AA extension tube.
Happy with both of them, but havent got anyother cree or rebel AAs to compare with.
If you have a compatible light, get one of the Cree dropins.
Then get some Crees and rebels stars, and you can really start playing and experimenting!

These are bit pricier and even though they do look like impressive lights... and will most likely destroy a Surefire... if I ever spend $200 on a light... it'll be a Surefire.

I think you need one of these!

might as well throw in one of these...

Ok, those aren't good "DX impluse buys", but they are interesting.

My vote (I have one coming right now) is to add an Ultrafire 502B. It comes with a CREE D26 drop-in, but could be a host for other D26 drop-in's later. Give lots of flexibility for playing around.
