What Headlight to buy? Recommendations?

I am looking for water/rain resistant head lamp that has a long lasting LED low power setting, as well as a high beam for longer distances. Has anyone had any experiences with these? What would you recommend and why? A little help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! TD

It's my only headlamp and I love it. Long runtime and 3 levels. I might look into upgrading mine with Seoul LED for even brighter output so I can use low level for 22 hours!

My vote goes to the PT EOS, all that you need & only US$32 on ebay...

very moddable as well...

PT EOS, but put in a reflector at least (very easy mod). If you don't want to mod, the PT quad is floody and great for closer distances.

If you want huge range/options, the PT Apex and BD Icon are both pretty well liked.

NOTE: PT = Princeton Tec if you didn't know. BD = Black Diamond
