I have 4 roughly 12" targets roughly 12" apart in a horizontal row that I need an indicator to light above individually at different times. My question is, in a well light room, what kind of mcd am I looking at to get quick recognition.
The leds will be fairly angled toward the user so diffusion isnt a huge deal, and the user will be about 2 feet away.
I found some 5000mcd red leds w/ 25deg angle (T1 3/4) and jameco that I thought that I could cluster in a group of 3 or 4, but really want something that will get the attention. It will run off of 12v, and not be on for extended periods of time (quick 1 second at most shots, roughly every 3-4 sec)
