In my opinion an on line company must have reasonable prices, good communication and fast shipping. I found all of that to be the case with 4Sevens.com...If they sold bread and milk I'd order groceries from 'em.:thumbsup:

I just got my new P2D CE today and ordered it Monday night. Great light by the way.

Registering my E1e and complaining that my MN01 bulb "ceased to function" after three days, and to recieve an E-mail the next day saying "we've sent a new one to the address you provided" Thumbs up for SF!!!
 
I received a package from component-shop (www.component-shop.co.uk) and my eneloops were missing from the box! I emailed them and no questions asked, they sent them out that day.

Another one, I accidentally smoked the head on my L2D-CE by putting the batteries in backwards. I owned up to my mistake and asked about buying a new head or fixing the old one - then 4sevens steps up and offers to replace the head that I damaged for free on condition I send him the broken one!
 
Off topic, but I think it's a great little light and great value for money. I actually made my own review on my website ( http://www.zipplet.co.uk/index.php/content/review_fenix-l2d-ce ) back when I first got it. You can find more professional reviews around though.

I have both the original L2D-CE and the L2D-RB100 (rebel emitter). The mode changing is quite intuitive once you get used to it, and the levels are nicely spaced. Couple that with good water resistance and runtime, and you have a nice EDC especially for walking :)

Just don't put the batteries in backwards.... ;)
 
My Fenix E01 was acting quirky. (Sometimes turning on okay, sometimes not.) I was about to write this light off as a loss. Instead, I sent a short email to Matt at fenix-store.com describing the problem. Matt sent me a new replacement Fenix E01 and a prepaid mailing label for me to send the malfunctioning Fenix E01 back to him. Great service.
