Okay, so I assume you want decent runtime, reliable, and easy to carry with you at all times? I think the best sub-200 dollar option is a surefire C2 with malkoff M60 dropin, and is what I will be using as a replacement for my former flashlight, a surefire L4. This light will run for nearly 2 hours at full (regulated, non-dimming) output before it begins to dim. The L4 is actually better suited for this from a design standpoint, but uses an older (not as bright, uses more power) LED and is difficult at best to upgrade. There are a multitude of other lights that will work similarly to the above two, but those are my favorites and I use them for much the same things as you do.
One thing you need to consider is what kind of batteries you want to use. The surefires I mentioned run on CR123A non-rechargable lithium batteries. You can use rechargable lithiums in them but that's a subject worthy of a seperate discussion. If you want to use the more common AA type battery Fenix makes some nice ones that are just as bright as the surefire mentioned above.
One thing you may consider is a 2 stage light, as full brightness is often not needed when camping out, you want longer runtime instead. These use either a pressure switch or an electronic switching mechanism to cycle different brightness levels. I don't have much personal experience with them as they usually trade flexibility for simplicity. I like my flashlights to turn on when I hit the switch, period. The only multi-stage lights I'll consider are ones like surefires where you press lightly for low and hard for high. The surefire L1, L2, and U2 currently feature this interface, but the L1 isn't bright enough for me and the L2 and U2 are a little larger than I'd prefer. Most folks around here seem to like the multifunction lights and get along fine with them though.
