What is this 3AAA light?

Saw at "Gander Mountain" store.
1 AAA cell, about the size of Fenix LOD
.5 watt LED in reflector
26 or 27 lumens it was rated.
twisty tail on/off
Sorry, don't recall brand name.
$20
Anyone try this an can offer a review. I don't expect LOD qulity or brightness, but is it good for the $$?

Doesn't sound like it's worth it with the new Maratac AAA's for just a couple dollars more.
