I'll let the pictures do the talking, and I'll answer questions later:

Yup :naughty: Thanks much!

I'll have to see how this gear making stuff goes, you might hear of Flash_bang tactical or something, if all goes well :party::party:

Any ideas on what I should make next? I"m thinking a roll away dump pouch like the maxpedition rolly polly line, but I"m not sure. Keep in mind that I have no velcro, so I'm gonna have to stick with buckle closures for the time being.

Anyways,
Cheers!

Good Job.

Simple. Tough. Functional.

When you are ready for a dealer, let us know. :)

Whoah, strong words, thanks VERY much!

If anyone can give me input on some pouches that they would like to see me build, not necessarily for sale, since I'm still a beginner, but just stuff I could make, I'd need raw dimensions and the style of pouch that you'd want to see, but I"m thinking it might work.

Cheers,

Well, here's a little update, a chest rig I threw together in roughly 8 hours.

Very nice work. Sewing nylon is a hard thing. One pouch that is less common that I really like the design of is here. Basically just a thin pouch that has PALS webbing on both sides so it can be layered between a base pack/bag/vest and other pouches hooked to the outside. A lot of webbing sewing but relatively simple in design.

Thank you, and the pouch you linked to is simliar to the maxpedition tactile line of pouches. The only thing is that I want to stick to fastex buckle and velcro closures right now, zipper is a more advanced thing for the future.

Thanks again,
Flash

PS, here's another type of stacking pouch that I might try out. http://www.bdstacticalgear.com/pd_bds_tactical_simple_stacker.cfm
looks like a simple design, but still bomber construction. Might see how I could adapt something like that for use with my phone. I'll keep you guys posted.

This is what I made today, seems like a pretty freaking awesome improvement on my last one, one remark I got was it looked professional. :D

I finished making this a few days ago. It's a custom pouch for a graphing calculator, velcro closure with a contoured lid design with a pulltab. It has a webbing loop attachment system that secures with velcro, but can be made with PALS compatability if so desired.

Here is some more stuff that I've made:
First is a velcro panel that is MALICE clip compatible, and a flag patch that I velcro backed. Second is a bungie lanyard that I made a little while back. And last is a shock cord retention system for my rolled up platypus water bottle.

Well, in the final stages of construction. I'm making this custom for a member on a forum, but I can make it to other specs for other people as well. Please note that none of the items in the pouch are included.

Actually, I'd say they all look professional. They look like something mass-produced, but better of course.

:wow:

Thanks much for the comments, everyone! I really like this design, and I'm thinking I might make a version of this for myself. I think I'd make the following modifications:

PALS compatible, have the body go up to the top, slightly longer adjustment straps and flaps, make it in coyote brown, add drainage grommets (maybe).

Anywho,

Well, decided it was time to make a shoulder bag so I could go places and not have a ton of gear in my pockets (HSLD mentality, I suppose), so on short notice I cooked this thing up. I also added some pictures with my edc loadout, for effect, I guess.
