What Vf would I need for a P7 on.....

If I were to Run a P7 Direct drive from an AW IMR 123 cell, What Vf would I want the LED to be?

Would I want; I, J or K ?


( K = Forward voltage (3.75 - 4V) so I guess J is (3.5 - 3.75) and I is (3.25 - 3.5V)
