What would be cool? CPF Mod School

I admire the great folks around here that do such excellent mods and repairs for loyal CPFers. For example, DatiLED recently did a couple of Seoul conversions / repairs for me that were absolutely first rate.

An idea.

If our resident modding experts around the U.S (and even around the world) could organize one day regional mod school seminars, then we could travel on a weekend and learn to do it ourselves the right way. As it is, I don't trust my soldering and head opening skills with top notch electronics. Learning hands on from the experts would be a COOL MOD SCHOOL.

Modamag's sort of done that when they have get-togethers in Kali. Get-togethers are great for a buncha reasons.

You supply the Barbecue, and I'll bring the soldering stations, strap wrenches and Arctic Alumina.
