whats the best cell phone plan?

far as prepay goes?im on virgin mobile now they have something called sugar mama .that alows me to get free minutes by watching adds.are there any other programs like that?

I use Cingular around here. Cheapest is $25 for 3 months, with unlimited minute rollover. I considered other plans but this was the most flexible and has good coverage in my area.

i think i pay 20 per 3 months but im a tad confused.but i can watch them adds like i did today and they gave me 5 free minutes
