where can i buy a D2S / PC32-D reflector assembly?

hi, where can i buy a D2S / PC32-D reflector assembly?

say the exact sort of thing you'd find in someone's built HID searchlight, but just the reflector assembly and all the parts needed to mount the D2S bulb?

or would anyone know of somewhere i can buy a hid searchlight without the ballast and bulb?
