Where can I get 3aa/4aa to D cell adapters?

Looking for some 3AA or 4AA to D cell adapters to fit inside a 2D cell mag. Are there any commercially available and in the UK? Or are they the sort of thing that are only made by CPF members?

Rare as hens teeth or rocking horse $h!zz00 in the UK.
I'm on the hunt for 6AA to 2D.

Trying to find a 2nd hand 5megga or the like on BST.

The only listed item (#16) is for 3AA-D cell. I'm also looking for 3D12AA.

Need info where to buy...help.
