Where can one find red, yellow, and white reflector covers?

Not sure what you call it. It's that plastic covering that also reflects as well. I'm making tail and signal lights.

I have a light very much like this that offers 180 degree coverage when I turn the light on I just need the red top cover but my plans may need for something longer or shorter in material.

You can get cheap round ones in clear, amber and red at any discount auto parts department, such as in K-Mart. These are made for festoon lamps, but I am sure you can discard the cheap lamp bracket and either modify or discard the back plate.
