I have Ultrafire C2 and Ultrafire WF-500L and they cover my needs just fine, but now that KD and DX have these new Q2 bin Cree 2-mode flashlights with High/Low/Off my piece of mind is gone.
I did do a search here but couldn't find any mention of step-down 3.6-9V driver boards with just Hi/Lo/Off to be available separately. The alternative would be buying two new flashlights but this is stupid because mine are as good as new except for the lacking 2-mode feature.
Does anyone know where to get these or similar boards separately?
