Where to buy LIR2032s

I need some LIR2032 LiIon cells for a project I have.
Problem is, the only places I can find that sell them are US-based and charge ten times the value of the cell for overseas shipping.

Sadly, neither DX nor Kai sell them. Ordinary CR2032 yes, LIR2032 no.

Are you aware of any european or hong-kong based outfit that sells them with a shipping charge that doesn't make you want to cry?

What is the difference between LIR2032 and CR2032?

CR2032: primary cell, non-rechargeable, 3.0v
LIR2032: secondary cell, LiIon rechargeable, 3.7v nominal, 4.2v fully charged
