Where to buy Sam's Power on Board HID

Hi,

I am from India, I wanted to buy Sam's "Power on board HID" but was unable to find any source as you know in this country you dont get the products that easily until it is being manufactured in China.

Can anyone please tell me a source to buy one or plz help me procuring this light. I need this light badly. Kindly email me at [email protected]
