Where to find male-male dc coaxial connector

Okay, here is my problem. I am looking to buy this battery:

As is usual, I will probably have a female dc coaxial receptical in the body of my light. Does anyone make/sell male-male dc coaxial cords? Should I make one myself?

Is there a better method for getting the power from the battery to the body of the light?

Well, that would be pretty easy I suppose.
Any advice on where to buy standard dc coaxial cords?

You can make your own cable. Radio Shack should still sell DIY male DC coaxial connectors. You will need to figure out the size of the connector. Most likely it is 5.5mm X 2.1mm, or 5.5mm X 2.5mm. Take the battery to radio shack and test fit each one to see which fits best.

You could always follow the link in that website to the "Tamiya connector DC adapter", buy that, then snip off the Tamiya adapter and wire it to your light. If the 10" long cable is not long enough then you can splice in a longer cable.

Thanks, all! In the end, I just bought a regular audio/video type coaxial dc cable, cut both ends off, and spliced on a couple male ends...easy enough :thumbsup:. Works well.
