Where to get Pila IBC charger?

I have read a lot of good things about the Pila IBC charger recently. Apparently there was a CPF offer that recently expired offering them at about $36. Has anyone heard of any current offers or is the $45 retail all that is available?

I was lucky enough to get in on the most recent GB at the last minute. I searched for about a week straight and could not find them cheaper than the advertised price of $45. I was about to buy one at the list price and then found the GB.

Yup, group buy is your best bet. It was run by kitelights ( http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/showthread.php?t=188693 ). He still has one or two available from some last minute buyers who failed to follow through.
