So I pulled one of those pelican 2AAA mitylites from the shelf at work yesterday, because It looked appealing and my god this little bugger is nice!!
Why didn't anyone ever say anything about it?I'll be EDC'ing it right along side my A2 from now on.It's quite a thrower!

You might want to try and check out the entire range.

Pelican are quite a good robust flashlight. I saw my first Pelican back in the 80's.
It was a sabrelite Incan 3C. And at the time I had what I thought was the "Bee's knee's"; a 5D Maglite. From that day on I knew not to trust advertising hype. The internet is a wonderful tool to research anything !!

Look's like you've "seen the light" :lolsign:

well I gave in after awhile of looking at it,I rarely buy anything that's not surefire, but I will be looking into more of these lights from pelican.Yean I honestly cannot stand maglite it's my personal mission to make everyone realize that they're not that great . . until cpfer's get too em.

Mitylites are great throwers, made to cut through fog, smoke, water mist, etc...

However, their flood capabilities are nil...

They serve a niche, for sure, but my mitylites aren't EDC for me...

Your Saberlight can take 2 18650 Li-ions and a high output bulb, and then it is still a great light:D
