Title says it all. I was going to go for the Ultrafire 3.6v RCR123s and charger at Battery Junction, but I am concerned about the extra 1mm/cell length. Someone said that the extra length will keep you from being able to tighten the head all the way, thus locking out the turbo and strobe modes. Also, the Ultrafire charger they sell requires some sort of a spacer to function with RCR123 cells and apparently doesn't come with one. They opened up one while I was on the phone with them and said there are no spacers in it. That being the case, if I did go with those, what would you recommend for a spacer?
And please don't suggest 3.0v RCR123s. I already know that I don't want to go with those. I am looking specifically for 3.6/3.7v cells with as high of a capacity as I can safely get. I would like to get some CR123 primaries on the same order, so ideally said shop would have them for $1-1.25/ea as well to order them all together and save on shipping.
Edit: I've also noticed that batterystation.com has some NiMH RCR123 cells rated at 1400 mAh. Would they be worth considering at all or are they going to be 1.2v cells?
