It is a LS20 head that is host to a BBx2 converter driving a Cree MC-E. I think it's set up 2S2P. It might be a DBx2 with the 4 dice in parallel. I admit I don't recall at the moment. The reflector is a modified McR-19XR. The beam has some artifact in projection but the spot and spill are pretty bright and useful underwater to bring out the lost colors as well as illuminating in nooks and crannies shaded from the ambient light. It's a two speed and if I take it diving, I need to twist the head off and just leave the clickie latched on. The clickie comes on from the external pressure somewhere around 20' or so. When I take it snorkeling, I can just use the clickie because I don't typically go deep enough to have the switch activate from the pressure.
I had a dedicated Ti dive light but some lad from London twisted my arm out of it and now I just fake it with something else when I want some light down there. I have a few ideas for a dive light that would satisfy my criteria and priorities but they are still fuzzy and it would be nice to have some options in terms of drivers that don't exist or at least are available to me at present.
This light is basically a prototype that I don't think is justified to go beyond or into any limited production. As Lux surmised, the head is on a Cx2 pak.
EDITed Addition:
I don't believe I made any extended play LunaSol 20's but I did make at least one extended play LunaSol 27 because I still have one.
