which manufaturers 'disorienting strobe' is most effective?

lots of lights have a 'strobe' im wondering which light has the most effective (for stopping an attack) strobe?

'gladius' seems to have an effective strobe, anything more effective on a $150 light?

I´m pretty sure they are mostly the same. What you want of course is a fast and bright strobe, while you move your hand in a fast motion. Fenix is really good because it is real easy to activate.
