Which one is a better thrower

Which of these two is a better thrower

Ultrafire WF-007 or Ultrafire WF-008 Recoil Thrower or

Aurora WF-800 Q5 1-Mode Cree LED Flashlight (7.4V~17V) SKU 8687

Are plastic lenses a problem with heat build up.

Anyone got any experience with the Ultrafires listed above.
How far will they throw? Which is brighter?
The Ultrafire WF-008 Recoil Thrower has lots of beam shots at http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=268791
but I don't know if they are brighter than the Aurora model I listed
