Hello All,
First, great forum. I go to my share of fora around the net and I'm hard pressed to find a more civilized bunch. Anyway, here's my "dilemma". I put quotes because if your biggest problem of the day is which flashlight to get, then it's probably a good day.
In a nutshell, Jetbeam RRT-0 or an HDS Ra Clicky 170 Executive Custom?
Some background -
I started getting into lights after replacing my old Aquatec Aqua Star LED (all 23 whopping lumens). It's an old backup dive light from my diving days that I started using as an all-around flashlight. It was good, but old alkalines got to it (I know better now).
I looked online for a suitable replacement, found this forum, and here I am. I remember thinking "man these guys are NUTS about flashlights!". Somehow you get sucked into it, but in a fun way.
I started with the Fenix LD10 R4 (which the wife now uses) and I was hooked. There are lots of benefits to having a good light with you. I now carry a Fenix PD30 R4, and I have a Jetbeam RRT-2 from Bug Out Gear on it's way, so now the question - which one next?
I'll probably get both eventually, so it's mostly a question of which one to enjoy now.
Thanks for the input guys.
Regards,
Paolo
