which rechargables

today it dawned on me that as i have just ordered my first propper light i wil need some rechargeable batterys, i have ordered a RC-N3 from DX so i want to add some batterys to my order

i have seen single 123a chargers and packs of 2 batterys on DX which is what i want, so i ask

Which 123a batterys and which charger do i need ?

eg, recomended manufacturer, protected and none protected(whats the difference) and 3.0v or 3.6v ?
