Who Makes Custom Maglite Parts?

I am looking for Custom Maglite Parts for my 6 D cell. I would like stuff to make it more powerful. I wouldn't mind having a Bezel like what is on my E2D Defender. Anything and Evrything for a D cell maglite.

How much output are you looking for?

More then headlamps or just more in general.

The LED drop-in above is the brightest single LED drop-in you can buy. More output then the light has now. He also has a 4 LED drop-in.

500L or 600L would be all I would need. Runtime is also very important to me as is the Throw of the light. The Further the Throw I can get with 500L-600L the better. All the Custom Flashlight stuff is new to me. I've been in the world of Cars, Guns and Knives for awhile and know my way around them. When it comes to Flashlights I am alittle slow. I want to learn about them though.

In that case easy - ROP and 6 D ni-mh batteries.

Easily 600 bulb lumens with a solid 2 hr runtime.

Looks like you are well on your way to your first ROP. There is something very beautiful about having a light that can easily identify a gate or stile from the other end of a field.

You would need:

A metal reflector, a glass window, 6D NiMh batteries, and the ROP bulbs.

I'm not sure about the batteries since I have never built a ROP myself.
