I am in need of some wide and narrow TIR optics for XR-E, and sort of in a hurry. I have ordered some Carclo optics from Future, but what I would really like is something that snaps onto the LED, like the narrow optics sold at DX (sku 1920) and KD (I dunno the sku).
It looks like Khatod 1127 series are just what I need. KEP112725 and KEP112740. Or better still, the same optics but with the black holders.

OK, now I can at least type. So, yah, those optics, or anything comparable. I did try checking out through Khatod ecommerce site, but it started getting too involved, not to mention expensive!

What I thought were solder points were actually mounting holes. Doh. So I had to solder directly to the LED which went OK but I had to use smaller gauge wire than originally planned.
