Will a BuckToot work with Cree/SSC LED's? (or other companies LED's?)

My thinking is that it should as it's just limiting the output to 350mA to the LED but wanted to see if anyone used it before or knows if you can use it with other LED's then Lux I LED's.

Yeah they are all much the same, Luxeon just don't want to advertise for the competitions LEDs!

Yes it will work - one of the most efficient drivers that I ever tried, drives 7,46V@0,34A in to 6,72@0,34A out - only 0,8V drop and 90% effi.

Damn it.. should have known that was the answer and ordered one while i's on sale. Place I get my stuff from locally (mail order only. NO pick up) has a $7 flat rate per shipment. $15/pop on sale right now isn't that bad with 2 day or even same day if you order early enough for the shipping.

Another LED Driver that will operate the Cree/SSC, and Luxeon LED's.

Powerselect Model PS60A33K - It accepts 8-15V AC or DC, I used it for an outdoor job with the Luxeon 1W LED. I could't find a way to order online, so I had to call it in.
