Winchester Light Question

I got a Winchester light and knife combo at Lowes one day it was on sale for about 5.00. The bulb that came with it was a very cheap made bulb the actual globe or glass of bulb was way out of shape. Needless to say the bulb only lasted a couple of days. I had years ago bought a slew of StreamLight Top Spot bulbs on a whim and because they were on sale for .50 each. It fit in the light perfectly and made a drastic improvement over original. I re- oringed everything including placing an o ring between the lens and head unit.
It is a 3aaa with carrier with rear clicky. Not the best quality threads on it but it is a robust little light.

What voltage is the Streamlight Top Spot bulb? Am I overdriving it or under driving it? Or can anyone suggest a better bulb than the Top Spot?
