Re: FS: Aleph-2 in Black -- $170

This is indeed a great price on a great light (my EDC). If you have been curious about this flashlight, this is an excellent opportunity.

Re: FS: Aleph-2 in Black -- $170

Thanks for the free plugs guys.

This one would make a great EDC.
I built my own personal McLux with a BB500 and TX0K and for some reason, this LE kicks its butt.
(Prolly because I didn't make this one.)

Here they are side by side.

Aleph-2 on the left.
Beadblasted black McLux on the right.

Quite a tiny package the Aleph-2....

Re: FS: Aleph-2 in Black -- $170

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thinking.gif I wonder if there is concern about the TV1K LED. It's funny but I have used these for some non CPF friends as they prefer the warmer (not greenish) tint of the V1 to the HID type tints in some of the other bins. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif Dang! Good price there now! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: FS: Aleph-2 in Black -- $170

Prefer warmer, too, if it's not green. Great light, great price.

Re: FS: Aleph-2 in Black -- $170

I agree. The X1 and V1 are superb outdoor performers. They just cut through the night without that "dismal" effect that cooler LEDs have. They create a hole of sunshine.
