Sold/Expired WTB: clip installation service for my Ra Twisty

I bought a titanium pocket clip from the Shoppe for my Twisty. Now I'm looking for someone who can drill and tap the holes for the clip. There used to be a CPFer who offered this service for around $25, but it doesn't look like he's doing this anymore. Any suggestions?
