Sorry to bump an old thread but if you have access to a 3d printer you can print your own. Might require some sanding but they work good. I've done it. Perhaps a friend or local library has access to one. Here are some quick files I made a while ago: Battery Tubes. I've only printed the 17mm for 9p's but they have worked just fine after some hand sanding.
