Up for grabs is one of Overdog's masterpieces, batteries included (build thread here). As far as I know, this is the third brightest handheld LED light in the world, i.e. about as bright as my Barn Burner with its diffuser installed

I am the first owner, and I've absolutely babied this thing. Currently it has only one mode (direct drive), but the heatsink and reflectors are not permanently fixed, so there is definitely modification potential. On that note, I've never attempted to take it apart myself.
I'd really like to snag a Spy007, but I may consider trades for other Ti lights. As such, I'd like to keep the difference in $$$ to a minimum (fell free to make offers, the worst I can do is say no). For those wondering, I'd estimate the value to be ~$850-$900.
I'm also willing to include a barely used Malkoff M60 MC-E (applies to Spy trades ONLY).
I'll cover shipping CONUS and International.
