Zebralight H60 VS Petzl Myo XP 2008

I want everyone advise on which one should i get?
for price, performance and user friendly.

The H60 is much better made, more waterproof, more comfortable to wear, more versatile and better regulated than the XP.
The H60 has a wonderful flood beam which is great for many purposes, but because of the wide dispersal it does not have much throw.
