I didn't know for certain the answer to this question when I first read it so I did a fit test with the Aleph 3 I have on hand and yes, the McR-38-XP reflector does digest properly into the Head and it looks like a XP-G LE and proper spacer could finish off the package.
I only ordered enough of these reflectors for my planned usage and there are no plans or provisions for making these reflectors available separately. (beyond an OEM customer)
