www.m-w.com will give you an audio file of the pronounciation.

It is "trit" (rhymes with "it"), long E as in "beam", "um" as in "hum". With the emphasis on the trit. Merriam Webster puts the emphAsis on the secOnd syllAble, but Noah Webster died before Tritium was discovered, so ignore that. Heh. The emphasis should be on the sYllable just preceding "ium", like gallAdium or EinstEINium.

Yeah, I looked up that audio file, hoping to learn whether the correct pronounciation (in the U.S.) was "Line-ux" or "Linn-ux." And 'lo and behold he pronounced it LEE-NOOKS. Agh.
